On going maintenance is not a requirement, however it is recommended. We provide monthly maintenance to our website to back up all content and data. Review the links and performance of the website. Correct any minor defects on the website.
It is preferred for the client to provide all the content for the website. It is there business, hobby or product so they will know it best! We get the client to fill out a request form prior to providing a formal quote, in this stage we will discuss if the client is able to provide the content or not.
The contract will outline dates and stages for the website build. It will be broken up into stages so both client and web designer have opportunities to communicate and can provide feedback to each other for changes and improvements to be made whilst still in creation.
